Implants
Dental implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the
tooth normally occupied by the root. Dental implants are anchored to the
jawbone or metal framework on the bone and act as a foundation for an
artificial tooth or permanent bridge. Our doctors are able to plan and
execute the placement of dental implants at the highest levels. In many
cases, implants can be used to anchor dentures providing a much more
enjoyable experience, these procedures are typically called dental hybrids,
overdentures or implant retained prosthetics.

Laser Dentistry
Our office utilizes the latest in dental laser technology via the Waterlase
iPlus 2.0 by Biolase. We are one of very few to offer this technology and
treatment modality to our patients in the area. The laser allows for a wider
array of possible treatments and can allow for some dental work to be
completed with no needles, no drills and no pain. Some patients refer to it
as "pain-free dentistry." The iPlus laser can assist our doctors
in the treatment of canker sores, ulcers and many other hard and soft
tissure situations. Let us show you how the dental laser can change
your experience and let you experience needless dentistry.

Crowns and Bridges
Crowns are synthetic caps, usually made of a material like porcelain, placed
on the top of a tooth. Crowns are typically used to restore a tooth's
function and appearance following a restorative procedure such as a root
canal. When decay in a tooth has become so advanced that large portions of
the tooth must be removed, crowns are often used to restore the tooth. In
our office we use a digital scanner to impress for crowns rather than the
traditional "goo" that other offices use, this provides you a better
experience, a better fit and a better looking restoration.

Root Canal Therapy
Root canals are tiny passageways that branch off from beneath the top of the
tooth, coursing their way vertically downward, until they reach the tip of
the root. When this portion of the tooth is effected either by trauma or
disease it must be removed and reshaped, in our office we utilized the Wave
One Gold method to symetrically prepare and restore your tooth. If you have
a toothache and need pain relief our office is trained and ready to help
you.

Toothaches
Simple toothaches can often be relieved by rinsing the mouth to clear it of
debris and other matter. Sometimes, a toothache can be caused or aggravated
by a piece of debris lodged between the tooth and another tooth. Avoid
placing an aspirin between your tooth and gum to relieve pain, because the
dissolving aspirin can actually harm your gum tissue. Our goal is to provide
pain relief on the day you call our office, we have a policy to see each
emergency within 24 hours, if you have a dental emergency please call
859.744,0200 and our team will be glad to assist you.
